happy thanksgiving.
a little something for your post prandial viewing pleasure.

the adventures of poopchick and peepchick
we arrived in portland without mishap and celebrated with a quick mimi & bop bop skype session.
we all spent a lot of time in the 'sicky corner' of the living room this week, waging an epic battle with the stomach flu.
celebrating native american awareness day with a feast and some outfits of questionable historical accuracy (but a fair amount of cuteness).
kale (yes kale) jumped right into nat's arms and stayed there until nat politely requested the use of his arms.
it's getting chilly around here so we busted out the winter living room rug and rearranged the furniture.
mommy and rye skipped the farmer's market altogether. they'd rather stay home and finish the fence, and really who can blame them?
friend, leah came for a visit and we quick pressed her into dog-handling-at-the-farmer's-market duty. also kale carried all the veggies so there is that.
here the children are explaining the book they just co-wrote 'the advenshures [sic] of kale" to ari.
watching mommy play a little indoor soccer - kale is wearing his shin guards in solidarity.
katrina's family plus her childhood neighbors came all the way to seattle to help us put up our fence.
can you find the children in this scene? neither could we for 5 or so heart-stopping minutes.
