on our way to visit grandma elaine in taos, the line at the airport was out the door. literallly. 

so many babies. so much cuteness. 

these babies are all from our childbirth class. also their parents are from the class. 

nothing like a baby close-up. 

rania and dean are totally worn out after this evening's play time. 

learning to read is difficult work. sometimes it's easier to just wear the book as a hat and get on with it.

today is riley's 4-month birthday! to celebrate, he took part in a study on infant vision at the smith-kettlewell eye research institute. (the cute green headband holds the electrodes on his head.)
